Siting, Installation and Commissioning
What makes us different is that we are specialist in the siting of your home, once it has been unloaded from the lorry. This is carried out using specialist equipment and modified 4x4's. Whether it be on a site or on private ground.
Throughout the 20 years of doing this job every location and situation is different and we have had to gain the right experience to overcome all the problems that we have come up against. We have built up an excellent siting team with the best equipment that can pretty much overcome every scenario making in most cases the impossible, possible.

We have four fully equipped siting vehicles with built in compressors, winches back and front, mud terrain tyres and various jacks to suit every situation.
We have over 100 metres of ground guards to protect your ground when traveling over and to safely manoeuvre your home without the risk of it sinking.
We know everybodys situation is different so if you think that your move is not straight forward please call and we will be happy to offer you advice. A site visit can be arrange for a small fee.
GUTTERS AND DOWN PIPES
With Units over 12' some manufactures sometimes leave the gutters and downpipes off. If you are purchasing a new home check with your manufactures the siting requirements. If you require us to install the gutters, let us know.
CONNECTING SERVICES & COMISIONING
In a standard move we will not connect gas, water, electric or waste. After your home is sited on the base all gas appliances will need to be checked and commissioned by a Gas Safe Engineer before they can be used this is as during transport pipes often vibrate and fittings become loose. Please call if you require any further information or you will require the services to be connected.
RISK ASSESSMENTS & METHOD STATEMENTS
In most cases we will write the Risk Assessments and Method Statements to your job on the day shortly before the move. However we know that some private owned roads, constructions companies and some holiday parks require this process to be done before normally for jobs that potentially could have problems that need to be addresses prior to the move. If this is the case please contact us with the details of your move and one of our team will be happy to assist you and arrange for this to be done.
